SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with REWORKED. All our products are designed and handmade in Lyon, France using screen-printing techniques. Because each piece is crafted with care, please allow for the processing times indicated below.
1. FREE SHIPPING
REWORKED offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Europe (European Union member states and the United Kingdom).
For destinations outside Europe, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
2. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays).
Because our products are handmade and often produced or finished to order using screen-printing techniques, this processing time allows us to ensure the quality of each piece before shipment.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped, including your tracking number.
During peak periods (sales, product launches, holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly longer. Any significant delay will be communicated to you by email.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows :
France (metropolitan):
• Standard delivery : 2-4 business days
• Relay point delivery (point relais): 3-5 business days
European Union :
• Standard delivery : 4-8 business days
• Delivery times may vary by country
United Kingdom :
• Standard delivery : 5-10 business days
• Additional customs processing time may apply post-Brexit
Rest of the world :
• Standard delivery : 7-21 business days
• Delivery times vary significantly by destination
• Customs processing may add additional delays
These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, the destination, customs procedures, and circumstances beyond our control.
Total estimated time from order to delivery = Processing time (3-5 business days) + Shipping time (as listed above).
4. CARRIERS AND TRACKING
We work with the following carriers :
• La Poste / Colissimo (primary carrier for France and Europe)
• Other carriers as needed depending on the destination and package specifications
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.
If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us at contact@rework-ed.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS : CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For orders shipped outside the European Union, please be aware that :
• Your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country
• These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping costs displayed on our website
• REWORKED has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
• Customs policies vary widely by country; we encourage you to contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order
• Delivery may be delayed by customs processing
Refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes resulting in the return of the package to REWORKED may result in the deduction of actual return shipping costs from any refund issued.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at the time of placing your order. Please double-check your address before confirming your purchase.
REWORKED is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address :
• We will contact you to confirm the correct address
• Re-shipping costs will be at your expense
• If you prefer a refund instead, the original shipping cost (if any was charged) will be deducted from the refund
7. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Lost packages :
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time and tracking shows no update for more than 10 business days (or 20 business days for international orders), please contact us at contact@rework-ed.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer you the choice of :
• Reshipping the same order at no additional cost
• A full refund
Damaged packages :
If your package arrives damaged, please :
1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt if possible (especially if signing for delivery)
2. Take photographs of the damaged packaging and the product immediately upon receipt
3. Contact us within 48 hours at contact@rework-ed.com with your order number and photographs
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer you a replacement or full refund.
Important : Do not refuse a damaged package from the carrier unless the damage is severe. Accepting the package and documenting the damage makes the claims process faster and more effective.
8. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If you are not available to receive your package :
• The carrier will typically leave a notice and attempt redelivery, or hold the package at a local pickup point
• Packages held at a pickup point or post office are usually available for 14 days before being returned to sender
• Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or non-collection will be processed as a return. We will contact you to arrange reshipment (shipping costs at your expense) or a refund
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package or that your mailbox/delivery point is accessible.
9. ORDER MODIFICATIONS
If you need to modify your delivery address or other order details after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@rework-ed.com.
We will do our best to accommodate changes, but modifications cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the processing or shipping stage.
